The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung e.V. provides comprehensive scholarships that cover full tuition and living expenses for Master’s degree programs (typically spanning four semesters) or doctoral studies at German universities. The foundation specifically seeks candidates from Kenya, Uganda, South Sudan, Tanzania, and Ethiopia, who demonstrate a solid grasp of the German language at the B2 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
