Applications are currently being accepted for the 2026 cohort of the Connected Development (CODE) Digital Mobilization Lab (DML) Fellowship. This initiative, now entering its second cohort, is a 12-week program dedicated to empowering young Nigerians through civic engagement, digital advocacy, and community mobilization.

The Digital Mobilization Lab (DML) Fellowship 2026 is scheduled to take place from March through May 2026. It targets enthusiastic young individuals eager to take active roles in governance and social change by harnessing digital tools and strategies.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates must be between 18 and 30 years of age.
  • Availability for the entire duration of the 12-week fellowship is required.
  • Preference will be given to women, persons with disabilities (PWD), and applicants hailing from underserved or marginalized communities.

What the Fellowship Offers

Participants will embark on a 12-week comprehensive journey designed to build skills and knowledge in several key areas:

  • Effectively mobilizing and engaging online communities.
  • Facilitating impactful civic discussions that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Transforming digital engagement and online voices into tangible, real-world outcomes.
  • Leading and inspiring change within their own communities through strategic digital advocacy.
