This prestigious fellowship is now accepting submissions for its second cohort, aimed at empowering exceptional mid-career professionals across the African continent.

This comprehensive 10-month hybrid leadership initiative is crafted specifically for professionals boasting 10 to 15 years of proven, impactful work experience. Participants will be those dedicated to advancing Africa’s development through leadership roles spanning various industries and sectors.

  • Proven leadership capabilities coupled with a strong commitment to pan-African progress.

Commitment and Participation Requirements

  • Attend the virtual onboarding session scheduled for March 2026.

  • Participate in three in-person immersive experiences set to take place in May (Kigali, Rwanda), August (Nigeria), and a final session in late October or early November (location to be announced).
  • Note: Fellows are responsible for covering their travel expenses to attend the in-person immersions, although a limited number of scholarships may be offered.
  • Maintain active involvement within the fellowship cohort and broader alumni network to foster collaboration and ongoing professional growth.
