About the SI Scholarship for Global Professionals

The SI Scholarship for Global Professionals is administered by the Swedish Institute, a Swedish government agency that promotes international cooperation and Sweden’s global relationships.

The scholarship aims to develop future global leaders who can contribute to sustainable and equitable societies. It supports full-time master’s studies lasting one or two academic years and combines academic training with opportunities for professional development and international networking.

Successful scholars join the SI Network for Global Professionals during their studies and can become members of the Sweden Alumni Network after completing the scholarship. These networks provide opportunities to maintain professional relationships and continue developing leadership skills.

Scholarship Benefits

The SI Scholarship for Global Professionals offers several benefits to successful applicants:

  • Full tuition coverage: The Swedish Institute pays the tuition fees directly to the university for the scholarship period.
