The International AIDS Society (IAS) Conference Scholarship Programme 2026 (Fully Funded to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil)

The International AIDS Society (IAS) has officially opened applications for its 2026 Conference Scholarship Programme. The 26th International AIDS Conference, AIDS 2026, is scheduled to be held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, from August 26 to 31, 2026, with options for both in-person and virtual attendance. This scholarship initiative aims to financially support selected participants from across the globe, enabling them to partake in the conference without bearing the financial burden personally.

Designed specifically for individuals who face economic barriers that prevent their participation, the AIDS 2026 Scholarship Programme prioritizes applicants who actively contribute to the conference's agenda or demonstrate a clear plan to apply acquired knowledge and skills within their communities or organizations after the event. The IAS is offering scholarships for both physical attendance in Rio de Janeiro and virtual participation through online platforms.
