Applications are now open for the 2027 KOICA Scholarship Program. The Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) is now accepting applications for the 2027 KOICA Scholarship Program, offering fully funded Master’s and Doctoral degree opportunities at leading South Korean universities.

Designed to develop future leaders from developing countries, the scholarship provides advanced academic training, leadership development, and exposure to South Korea’s innovation ecosystem.

Eligibility Requirements

Master’s Degree Applicants

Applicants must:

  • Be a citizen of an eligible KOICA partner country
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
  • Be officially recommended through the KOICA selection process
  • Meet the admission requirements of the selected university

Doctoral Degree Applicants

Applicants must:

  • Meet the Master’s degree eligibility requirements
  • Hold a recognized Master’s degree
