Associate Degree Scholarship Programs (Technical and Vocational Education and Training)
These two-year associate degree scholarships are aimed at students seeking to enhance their career prospects by gaining practical and professional expertise through technical and vocational education.
Undergraduate Scholarship Program
This program caters specifically to students applying for bachelor’s degree courses. Those interested in a wide spectrum of disciplines—ranging from engineering and health sciences to humanities and social sciences—are encouraged to apply.
Graduate Scholarship Program
At the graduate level, Türkiye Scholarships offer opportunities for Master’s and Ph.D. studies across fields such as social sciences, humanities, natural sciences, and engineering at some of Turkey’s most esteemed universities.
Merit Scholarship Program
This scholarship is designed to motivate high-achieving students to pursue their education in Türkiye by providing an enhanced monthly stipend, which is double the standard payment for their respective study level.
Short-Term Scholarship Programs
- Success Scholarship Program: Tailored for students currently enrolled in Turkish universities who are self-financing their education and have demonstrated outstanding academic achievement. This program provides only a monthly stipend.
- Research Scholarship Program: Aimed at international researchers and scholars, this initiative supports collaborative research projects with Turkish academics at leading Turkish universities. It is available to candidates holding a Ph.D. or those in the dissertation phase of their doctoral studies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants from all countries are eligible to apply.
- Minimum academic achievement thresholds are as follows:
- Associate (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) and Bachelor’s degree candidates: at least 70%
- Health sciences applicants (Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy): a minimum of 90%
- Master’s and Ph.D. candidates: at least 75%
- Age limits are set according to the level of study:
- Undergraduate applicants must be under 21 years old.
- Master’s applicants should be below 30 years of age.
- Ph.D. candidates must be younger than 35 years.
- Research program applicants can be up to 50 years old.
Important Notes
- Students currently studying in Türkiye are ineligible to apply for scholarships at their existing level of education.
- Additional requirements may apply for short-term scholarship programs; candidates should verify eligibility during the application period.
- Türkiye Scholarships do not offer specialization programs in Health Sciences.
